Where do we ship?
We ship everywhere in Europe. Our carriers include PostNL, DHL Express and Instabox for same day deliveries in The Netherlands.
Shipping costs are determined by country and calculated at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout but you wish place an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happy to help you out.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery The Netherlands + Belgium: 1-2 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
What is the shipping method?
All our packages are sent by PostNL, DHL or Instabox (same day delivery option for orders placed before 11:00 CET / CEST in The Netherlands) . All packages are traceable and the track & trace code will be shared with you by e-mail once available. Please e-mail our customer care team when you have not received this e-mail.
What are the return & exchange terms & conditions?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you can return your item(s) to us within 30 days. The return shipping costs are for your own account. The item(s) must be returned unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Please announce your return using our Return Portal
If you wish to exchange an item please send us an email at email@example.com mentioning the size/colour you wish to receive for the exchange. The shipping costs are for your own account. Once we have received your return, we will send the new item(s) to you at our cost. The item(s) must be exchanged unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
What is the refund method?
Refunds are credited to the original card of payment used to pay the order, within 5 business days of receipt of return package at our warehouse. The shipping charges of the return package are not refundable.
What is the exchange availability?
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will ship the new item(s) at our cost. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, we ask you to place a new order. Once the returned item(s) are received it will be refunded to the original form of payment.
How about sale returns?
Our regular return and exchange policy for online orders as described above also applies during sale periods.
What happens with damaged or defective products?
If you received a damaged or defective product please contact our customer care team at email@example.com so we can solve the problem. We strive to respond within 24 hours.
