Shipping Information

Where do we ship?

We ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxemburg. Free shipping on all orders!

What is the estimated delivery time?

Netherlands: 2-4 business days
Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg: 4-6 business days

What is the shipping method?

All our packages are sent by DPD or DHL. All packages are traceable, and the track & trace code will be shared with you once available.

Return Information

What are the return & exchange terms & conditions?

Did you change your mind or order the wrong size? No problem! In that case you can return your item(s) by post. The shipping costs are for your own account. The item(s) must be returned/exchanged unused and with the original labels & hangtags attached.
Exchange: Send us an email at webshop@milla-amsterdam.com mentioning the size/colour you wish to receive for the exchange. It will be sent to you without any costs, once we have received your package.
Sample sale items can't be returned or exchanged.

What is the refund method?

All returns that are shipped back to us (following our return and exchange terms and conditions) will be refunded to the original form of payment. When the entire order is returned, the shipping costs from the order will be refunded. The shipping charges of the return package are not refundable.

What is the exchange availability?

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s) we will ship the new items. Free of costs.
If you wish to exchange it for a different item, we ask you to place a new order. Once the returned item(s) are received it will be refunded to the original form of payment.

How about sale returns?

Our regular return and exchange policy for online orders as described above applies during sale periods.
Only Sample Sale items can’t be refunded. That is always mentioned in the product description.

What happens with damaged or defective products?

If you received a damaged or defective product please contact us, we will respond within 48 hours. We will find a suitable solution to make sure you will receive a new product in good condition. Please send a picture where the damage is visible
