Returns 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you can return your item(s) to us within 14 days. The return shipping costs are for your own account. The item(s) must be returned unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges 
If you wish to exchange an item please send us an email at webshop@millaamsterdam.com mentioning the size/colour you wish to receive for the exchange. The shipping costs are for your own account. Once we have received your return, we will send the new item(s) to you at our cost. The item(s) must be exchanged unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds 
Refunds are credited to the original card of payment used to pay the order, within 5 business days of receipt of return package at our warehouse.
