To which countries do we ship? What is the delivery time? We are not responsible for shipping delays through any carrier. You can always contact our customer care team to get shipping updates at webshop@millaamsterdam.com How can I track my order? What happens if my order gets lost?
We ship everywhere in Europe. Our carriers include PostNL, DHL Express and Instabox for same day deliveries in The Netherlands. Shipping costs are determined by country and calculated at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout but you wish place an order, please email us at webshop@millaamsterdam.com and we will happy to help you out.
Orders placed before 14:00 CET / CEST are processed the same day. We offer next day delivery options as well as same day delivery in The Netherlands. (For orders placed before 11:00 CET / CEST) Standard delivery times may take up to 1-2 business days for The Netherlands & Belgium and 3-5 days for the rest of EU.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a link where you can track your order. If there is any problem please contact our customer care team at webshop@millaamsterdam.com
